How they work
Gift Cards can only be purchased from, and redeemed through, a Spencer Group of Companies office.
The Gift Cards are uniquely numbered for security, tracking & verification.
Purchased Gift Cards can be used in multiples and without restrictions.
Complimentary Gift Cards are provided FREE and can only be used at the rate of one per booking with a minimum spend of $500.00 and must be in combination of Air and Land arrangements or a Cruise.
Gift Cards can be used once only, and we will require the unique card number upon redemption.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
Keep your Gift Card secure – anyone holding the Gift Card can use its value to make purchases. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, immediately report this by calling our Head Office on 02 9281 5477. We may be able to stop the Gift Card value being used but, to do we will require the unique card number.
The Spencer Group of Companies may cancel any Gift Card, or the Gift Card scheme, for any reason, at any time, without notice.
We can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees) by providing at least 30 days’ notice before the change.
